Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the GREENWIRE and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order or inquiry. Print a copy for future reference if necessary.

•  We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
•  We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order / inquiry and send you a further email to confirm your order / inquiry details. Please note that neither email is acceptance of your order / inquiry. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we receive the required deposit as stated on the Performa Invoice that will be sent to you upon receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your inquiry will take place when we receive all of the required information from you.
• Some samples are free of charge; however GREENWIRE will not absorb delivery charges for free samples. Express courier or any courier services must be provided upon sample requesting. If you do not have any account with courier services, our delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the Delivery section. We make every effort to deliver packages within the estimated timescales, however delays from the couriers are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales.
• If your order quantity does not meet our Minimum Order Quantity requirement, all items are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A credit refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
• Unless otherwise advised, refunds will be credited to your account with us, and will be deducted from your future orders. However, should you require a check refund or a credit back to your bank account, please contact your sales representative who will arrange for such.
• We try to ensure that the prices quoted are correct and that all products are accurately described on this website. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description or price of goods quoted by our sales representative. If we discover an error in the price or description of goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order based on the correct price or description, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.
• All reductions in price and/or credit terms are reductions against our first quotation prices and terms unless otherwise indicated.
• Payment can be made by any method TT , Net-banking or direct UPI transfer . We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you.
• We do file details of your order. Please read our Privacy Policy for details of how these can be obtained.
• The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of India and any dispute between us will fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bahadurgarh, Haryana. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.

All prices are right at the time of quotation, although circumstances beyond our control, like inflation, may cause prices to change. All prices will be changed without prior notices. All reductions in price and/or credit terms are reductions against our first quotation prices and terms unless otherwise indicated.

All of our sizes, weights, and measurements provided in this site are approximate. For accurate information, please contact a GREENWIRE product consultant or check the packing list for your orders. All offers are subject to availability.
